Dental implants are the best choice for replacing single or multiple missing teeth. We can only place dental implants if you have enough jaw bone.
Bone grafting will require if you do NOT have enough bone to support the implant OR when you need to improve the contour of the alveolar ridge for aesthetic.
If you have had missing teeth for a long period of time, the bone originally supporting the tooth often already broken down and deteriorated. When this happens it may be impossible to place any tooth implants. Bone grafting or augmentation for dental implants is the solution to this problem and may need to be done several months before the implant procedure, at times this can be done at the same time if you are getting Conventional Dental Implant
The bone augmentation for dental implants process restores and replaces lost bone matter caused by missing teeth.
This procedure involve:
Free initial implant consultation with Dr Le. You will need to have a Cone beam CT scan of your jaw bone.
Assessment of bone quality and quantity by assessment the Cone beam CT of the area. If there is not enough bone to place the implant, you would need bone grafting. Dr Le will clearly explain any procedure involve including time and cost associate with the procedure.
Using the latest 3D Printing and 3D Conebeam CT scan (which we do have it in house), Dr Le could do most Sinus lift close to painless, minimal discomfort, less recovery time, less waiting time to place implant and placing final teeth, and only cost 1/2 the price of conventional External Sinus lift !!!!
