Porcelain Veneers – Dental veneers

Get a Straight, Bright White Smile With Dental Veneers

Dental veneers or porcelain tooth veneers are carefully crafted custom made facings that are permanently bonded to the front of your teeth.

Porcelain veneers are excellent for treating gappy, chipped, discoloured or misshapen teeth. They are an ideal option for improving shape, length, size and tooth colour producing natural looking smiles.

This is a minimally invasive dental restoration, meaning very little tooth structure is in need of removal during treatment. About all the movie stars have their smile enhanced by porcelain veneers.

We are able to give you a full smile makeover using porcelain veneers, which will appear very natural. Alternatively, individual teeth may be treated with Veneers.

Dental veneers takes two visits to complete.

During the first visit, firstly we pick the colour for your new smile.  Secondly the teeth are prepared for the veneers. Thirdly the dentist will capture the images of your teeth use a special camera.  We will send this to our highly skilled technicians to create your veneer. During this period a temporary veneer if needed is fitted onto the tooth.

On your second visit the temporary is removed and replaced with your new veneer.

The benefit of getting porcelain veneers is that you can get your dream smile in just 2 visit with our Dentists.

How long do Dental Veneers last?

On average, veneers can last for around 10 years before they will need to be replaced.  They can last longer, depending firstly on how well you clean your gums.  Secondly it depends if someone clenches and grinds their teeth and other habits. However, if you experience a chip or crack you should visit your dentist straight away.
