To provide the best possible care and manage appointments fairly, we kindly ask all patients to follow the policies below:
❌ Missed Appointments (Failure to Attend)

A $120 deposit is required to rebook with Dr Nathan

A $60 deposit is required to rebook with other dentists
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given:

The deposit will go towards your next visit.

If you miss another appointment, the deposit will be forfeited as the FTA fee, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
😁 Free Orthodontic Consultation

Each patient is entitled to one free orthodontic consultation.

$130 if taken in-clinic, or

Free if you provide a valid OPG taken within the past 6 months
An OPG X-ray is required for this appointment:

Please email your OPG to us before your appointment so it’s ready for your consultation.
🦷 Free Dental Implant Consultation

Each patient is entitled to one free implant consultation.

A CBCT scan is always required.

Cost: $280
-
A $120 deposit is required at booking (this will go towards your CBCT).

If you already have a valid CBCT (within 6 months) that we can import into our software, no deposit is needed.
👶 Tongue Tie Consultation

A $120 non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

This covers the consultation fee.

If you fail to attend or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
💉 Anti-Wrinkle Injections

A $120 deposit is required at booking.

If treatment goes ahead, the deposit will be applied towards the cost.

If no treatment is carried out, the deposit will be applied as the consultation fee.
