Booking & Consultation Policy
To help us provide the best possible care and reserve adequate clinical time for all patients, we kindly ask patients to review the following appointment policies.

Appointment Deposits & Late Cancellations
Appointments with Dr Nathan Le require a booking fee to reserve dedicated clinical time.
The booking fee is applied toward treatment or consultation costs when the appointment is attended.
As appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient, we kindly request at least 48 business hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Late cancellations, rescheduling, or non-attendance will result in forfeiture of the booking fee unless otherwise determined by the practice.
Further appointments may require an additional deposit before rebooking.
Appointments with other dentists at the practice may not require a booking fee unless otherwise advised.

Frenectomy Appointment Policy
Frenectomy appointments with Dr Nathan Le involve extended reserved appointment times, clinical preparation, and limited availability.
For this reason, a booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
The booking fee is credited toward treatment costs on the day of attendance.
As these appointments are reserved specifically for each patient and short-notice changes are difficult to accommodate, the booking fee is non-refundable in the event of:
– cancellation,
– rescheduling,
– or non-attendance.
We kindly ask families to ensure they are comfortable proceeding and able to attend prior to confirming the booking.
In exceptional circumstances, transfer of the booking fee to a future appointment may be considered at the discretion of the practice.

Orthodontic Consultation Policy
Each patient is entitled to one complimentary orthodontic consultation unless otherwise advised.
An OPG X-ray is required for the orthodontic consultation appointment.
Patients may:
– provide a valid OPG taken within the past 6 months at no additional cost, or
– have an OPG taken in-clinic for $130.
Please email any existing OPG to the practice prior to your appointment so it is available for review during the consultation.
As the OPG is completed specifically for the consultation appointment, OPG fees remain payable regardless of whether orthodontic treatment proceeds.
Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice may result in loss of eligibility for complimentary orthodontic consultations and future appointments may require a booking fee before rebooking.

Dental Implant Consultation Policy
Each patient is entitled to one complimentary dental implant consultation unless otherwise advised.
A CBCT scan is required for implant consultation and treatment planning.
The CBCT fee is $280.
A $120 booking deposit is required at the time of booking and will be credited toward the CBCT fee at the appointment.
If you already have a valid CBCT scan taken within the past 6 months that is compatible with our software system, a new CBCT scan and deposit may not be required.
As the CBCT scan is completed during the consultation appointment, the CBCT fee remains payable regardless of whether treatment proceeds.
Late cancellations, rescheduling, or non-attendance may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit unless otherwise determined by the practice.

General Appointment Information
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time to allow completion of any required forms or updates.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we appreciate as much notice as possible so the appointment time may be offered to another patient requiring care.
Our practice reserves the right to decline future bookings or require deposits for repeated missed appointments or late cancellations.
